DAILYDOGLOG SUPPORT

DailyDogLog is a private, staff-only tool that dog daycare and boarding
facilities use to log animal care.


GETTING HELP

If you are a staff member, your facility's administrator or owner is your first
point of contact. They can create your account, get you signed in, reset your
login, and answer questions about day-to-day use.


SETTING UP YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Your administrator gives you a one-time setup key.
2. Open the app and choose your location.
3. Enter your email and the setup key.
4. Accept the Terms of Use.
5. Scan the code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy,
   1Password, etc.) and enter the 6-digit code to finish.
6. Save your backup codes somewhere safe.


TROUBLE SIGNING IN

Ask an administrator to reissue your setup key or reset your authenticator, then
set it up again with the steps above.
